One of the best ways to keep yourself informed of SAMI's activities is to subscribe to our monthly newsletter. By subscribing, you will receive regular reminders of upcoming meetings, events, and opportunities. Usually the email arrives in the first week of each month, and you will rarely receive more than one email per month. Here's what you can expect:

• Reminders of our monthly meetings (song-shares and the Mixer-Mixer)
• Notifications of new articles and other updates to the SAMI Website
• Links to signup for our workshops or apply to perform at events
• Updates on the Shirley Martin Scholarship and the Metzger Legacy Award

In addition to receiving the newsletter, you can also submit stories to appear in future newsletters. Whether you're hosting an open mic, performing at a local event, or promoting new music, we'd love to hear from local musicians and songwriters, especially if you're a member of SAMI or regular attendee of our monthly meetings.
